Each child is assigned a key person. Their role is to help ensure that every child’s care is tailored to meet their individual needs, to help the child become familiar with the setting, offer a settled relationship for the child and build a relationship with their parents.

Your keyworker will support your child and you (family/carers). They will be allocated at the start and will support and guide children and families through induction, settling in and throughout the remainder of their time with us. They will be working in partnership, building relationships, communicating and planning for the child to improve outcomes and meet individual needs.

Your Keyworker is your main point of contact.

The keyworker is part of a key family, whom is available if the keyworker is not. All the members of staff will support and develop relationships with the child making observations and assessments along with the keyworker to build a bigger picture of the child’s developmental journey. The Key Families share this information through Key family meetings, where all of the children's achievements, development and individual needs are discussed. All of the information will be shared with parents.

Our Key Families are:

Sheryl, Amy, Sammy,and Izzy.

Sophie, Kelly, Sam, Sandy and Sammie.
